Huh? The Arizona state seal's motto is "Ditat Deus" (Latin for "God Enriches"). Apparently Constitutional expert, Bradlee Dean, who claimed Tom Petters was not being treated fairly by the Minnesota DOJ and the Federal courts, would deny legal counsel to the accused shooter, Jared Loughner.... because the lawyer expects to be paid?
