Bachmann Palled Around With Extremist Who Called For Assassination of Obama

The following is a repost from April 27, 2009:

Bachmann Fellow Traveller: The Admiral

The Admiral blogs at Lake Minnetonka Liberty. Here's a sample of what the Admiral blogs about:

The Admiral wishes someone will assassinate President Obama [link broken]:

Somebody please! Do a Sirhan Sirhan on this pompous ass, willya?

The Admiral's rant about Barney Frank:

One of the men responsible for the financial collapse, Barney "Fudge Packer" Frank has the audacity to call Scalia a homophobe? First off, homophobe is just one of those made up liberal labels, we all know how liberals like to make up and assign labels to everything. Hey! Fudge Packer, do America a favor, hang yourself. It's the right thing to do. Fruity bastard.

The Admiral wants to purge the GOP:

We don't want Democrat-lites polluting our party, we don't want "moderates" interested in compromise and appeasement by "reaching across the aisle in a bipartisan way". We want and need more people like Jesse Helms who wasn't afraid to say, "NO!", and didn't back down. Enough is enough! Time to jettison the dead weight and bring in the real conservatives.

The Admiral thinks his Congressman is a "wimp". The Admiral likes Bachmann.... and according to the Admiral:

Since February I've had 3 or 4 direct communcations with Michele Bachmann. Not her staff, but her. She's been more than helpful in giving me information and fulfilling any request that I may have, and I don't even live in her district. Regardless of how you may feel about her, she's a very gracious and accomodating person. She even granted me an interview request. And I can't get the time of day out of my own representative!

Bachmann doesn't have time for reporters and constituents, but she has lots of time for an extremist bigot who wishes somebody would assasinate the President?

UPDATE: Recent posts at The Admiral's new blog:

From a January 9th post titled "Arizona Rep. Giffords (D) shot, “Blame the Right” drumbeat has begun":

With no facts in yet, the loony left has already begun to blame the right. I’m sure the “Tea Party” will somehow or another be blamed in the end (Hello? Keith Olberman?). I would imagine we’re going to hear the same old story with the left of banning or restricting guns. You know progressives, they’ll use anything to advance their agenda. Just like they used Paul Wellstone’s funeral for a cheap rally a few years ago, remember?

It’s too bad this happened. But, see what happens when you push and take from people? More of this will happen if the government doesn’t start living within the constitution. About the only thing I can say is too bad it wasn’t Barry O. I’d be celebrating.

From a post titled "The real tragedy is yet to come", the Admiral says:

They may be claiming now it’s to “protect” our lawmakers and officials. If they were doing thier jobs, they’d have little to fear. And frankly, I don’t care if the families of lawmakers are afraid right now. If they thought their spouses were going to take positions of relative power without giving up a feeling of security in annonymity, they were idiots, and don’t deserve to feel secure anyway.
