Asks supporters to hold Bachmann accountable, help air first TV ad of the campaign
St. Cloud, MN - As oil continues to spill into the Gulf, Congresswoman Michele Bachmann leapt to the defense of BP this week, saying BP would be "chumps" to get "fleeced" by paying for the mess they made in the Gulf, and calling efforts to hold BP accountable "extortion."
Today, Tarryl Clark's campaign holds Bachmann accountable for her defense of oil giant BP, with the release of an ad, entitled "Tender Mercies."
The ad highlights the tragic effects of the BP oil spill and - despite the devastation it has inflicted on our country and its people - Bachmann's unwillingness to hold BP accountable.
