The deadbeat congresswoman’s property taxes on her million-dollar golf course mansion were due May 15. They were paid May 20 and the Bachmanns were penalized $74.80. Bachmann is a former tax collection lawyer for the IRS and holds an LL.M degree in tax law.
“As soon as they realized the mistake, they paid it right away,” Bachmann mouthpiece Rachel Horn said.
Of course, what Rachel didn’t say is how the Bachmanns realized the error of their ways.
It’s nice to know that Michele and Marcus are avid readers of Dump Bachmann. Too bad they don’t drop by and comment once in awhile.
