Bachmann Lit From the State Fair Shows Her With Her Hand Out

I was at the State Fair Saturday and picked up a few souvenirs I'd like to share with you (Click on the pics to make them bigger).

First, there's this Bachmann lit I picked up at the MN GOP building - what is the greedy look and the upturned palm supposed to indicate?
