My own member of Congress, Tim Walz, mentioned Bachmann indirectly when he was endorsed by the Rochester Post-Bulletin..."I have a colleague in the 6th District that I watch, who spends most of the time on national television," he said. "I don't know how I would come back here in Minnesota and tell the people that I missed more than 200 votes while I was simultaneously on television talking about a partisan issue. I would be fired immediately, and rightfully so."
